Supercool Images of Supermoons
A Super moon is essentially when the Earth, Moon and Sun are in alignment, and the Moon is its nearest approach to the Earth. They occur about once every 14 full moon cycles and are also known as a Perigee moon. The next Super moon will be June 23, 2013. If you miss it, you will have to wait until August 2014 to see the next one.
